Are the epoxy resin products food-safe?
Answer: Yes, we exclusively use high-quality, certified resin. After full curing, it is food-safe and can be safely used for cold foods (e.g., on serving boards).
What materials are the candles made from?
Answer: We place great importance on natural ingredients.
Depending on the collection, our candles are made from:
Vegan blends: High-quality soy, coconut, and rapeseed wax.

Natural beeswax: For lovers of classic, pure beeswax.
All candles are handcrafted with premium fragrance oils, are paraffin-free, and burn particularly cleanly and free of pollutants. The exact composition can be found in the product description.
Will my product look exactly like the photo?
Answer: Since each piece is a handmade unique item, slight deviations in color and pattern are possible. It is precisely these small differences that make up the charm of resin and genuine craftsmanship.
How are fragile products shipped?
Answer: No worries! We pack our pictures, candles, and tables particularly securely with multi-layer padding and sturdy cardboard boxes. Should something arrive damaged nonetheless, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo.
Do you offer customizations?
Answer: Yes, absolutely! Many options can be selected directly from the variants on the product page. For personalization with text, please simply fill out the corresponding form directly on the product page. If you cannot find what you are looking for there, or have very specific color requests (e.g., for tables), please simply write to us via the contact form. We look forward to realizing your desired project together!
How long does production take for custom orders?
Answer: Since each piece is lovingly handcrafted, we ask for a little patience. Our candles are also poured individually for each order to guarantee the highest quality.
Especially epoxy resin items also require time for full curing. The delivery time is therefore between 10 days and 4 weeks, depending on the complexity and effort of the work. We are happy to invest this time to ensure that your unique item arrives perfectly.

💳 Payment & Taxes
What payment methods are available?
Answer: You can conveniently pay via PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Klarna.
Why is no VAT shown on the invoice?
Answer: As a small business owner within the meaning of § 19 UStG (German VAT Act), no sales tax is charged and therefore not shown on the invoice. The displayed price is the final price plus shipping costs.

How do I care for my resin products?
Answer: Clean surfaces only with a soft microfiber cloth and lukewarm water. Avoid aggressive cleaning agents, heat sources, and direct, continuous sunlight.
Can I return personalized items?
Answer: In accordance with legal provisions, the right of withdrawal is excluded for products that have been manufactured according to customer specifications (customizations). The 14-day return policy applies to all standard items.
